We were convinced that "Who Shares Wins"! So we took a bet and launched our MVP - a basic tool that allowed companies to share their CRM data with their partners to identify common, high-potential accounts and new qualified leads.
The bet was a win! We had 200 companies using our platform. We validated the MVP and we raised our first funds.
Rebranding to become Reveal
We had a great product that was working with many companies on the platform so it was time to create an identity. We re-branded as Reveal (the first-ever Collaborative Growth Platform) focusing not only on the revenue companies will generate through their partnerships but also on the collaboration between companies.

We had more than 3000 companies in the Reveal network from the United States, across Europe, and France putting technology at the center of their collaboration with partner companies as well as several paying customers.
Reveal confirms that “Who Shares Wins” and raises $50 million in Series A Fundraising to continue its mission of putting technology at the center of B2B collaboration and to revolutionize B2B partnerships through Collaborative Growth.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
This is our standard recruitment process. It can slightly change depending on the job type.
We review applications to screen for a variety of criteria.
Pre-selected candidates are invited for a video/intro call with the Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter.
The goal is to get to know you a bit better and to discuss your motivation, key job-related skills, salary expectations, availability, and check administrative details.
The focus is to conduct a more technical interview.
In this phase, you are likely to be asked technical questions related to skills relevant to succeeding in the job.
Shortlisted candidates are asked to complete a technical assignment to validate their operational and/or strategic job-related skills ( this stage can also occur earlier during the process).
Team & Culture Fit Interview
At this stage, applicants are invited to a video or in-person interview with their future teammates and/ other team members.
The aim is to assess if you are a good fit with co-workers and if your values are in line with the company’s culture and mission.
In this stage of the selection process, we will ask you to provide professional references.
Decision and Job Offer
A decision is made and the successful applicant will receive a job offer.
