As a Sales Development Representative you’ll be one of the first touchpoints for prospects. You’ll develop opportunities and create connections with companies that will become customers of Reveal.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Strategizing on the most effective and efficient ways to expand our customer base;
Identifying a target list of accounts that fit our existing our ICP/Persona, and grow it to the next level;
Engaging companies with a multi-pronged approach (through email, phone, linkedin, etc.);
Demo’ing and onboarding new users to the free portion of the platform;
Educating prospects on the value of upgrading to the paid portion of the platform;
Developing qualified opportunities for the sales team to close;
Keeping up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective clients who are a good fit for the company’s products.
This job will report to the Sales Lead - Darian.
YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF
You are friendly - willing to hop on a call with new people every single day;
You are creative and adaptable to be able present value proposition uniquely to different businesses and personas;
You have very good interpersonal skills and understand how different departments collaborate with one another;
You have a sense of organization and you are tech-savvy by nature: Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Smart Leads... you know how to use these tools and are curious to make the most of them
You have flawless communication skills, both written and oral in English (half our customers are from the US);
You have 1-2 years experience as a successful SDR/BDR/ADR in a SaaS business.

The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Team (30 min)
Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the Manager of the department you are applying to join (30 minutes)
This will then be followed by a case study to validate your practical job-related skills ( 1 hour, take-home)
For the very final round, you will meet other teams in Reveal
