By comparing CRM data between partnering companies, Reveal identifies common high-potential accounts that partners can help each other convert, multiply their win rate up to 3X. Our co-founders have already had their first successful start-up adventure together (Multiposting, sold to SAP in 2015) and want to go even further with Reveal!

Reveal is looking for diverse and global talent wishing to join a very ambitious project at its beginnings and to contribute to the construction of the base which will allow them to grow quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for Defining & implementing the partnerships strategy for Reveal as the first hire into the Partnerships Org
- Identifying technology partners that align with Reveals GTM strategy and business goals
- Managing the commercial and technical relationship through onboarding to ongoing management & growth
- Create mutually beneficial co-marketing and co-selling initiatives to become a key commercial partner to the sales team

This job will report to VP Sales & Partner Success with clear alignment into both the Chief Product Officer and Head of marketing.

BACKGROUND
- Experienced in being the first person building out either a partnerships program or a regional element of a partnerships program
- Experience working in a start-up environment in either partnerships or sales
- Have a proven track record of delivering partner pipeline and quality revenue
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about the partnership world
- Ideally 5+ years in partnerships plus some prior management experience for the future growth of the team

HIRING PROCESS
- The journey starts with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition Manager (20 min)
- Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the Manager of the department you are applying to join (30 mins)
- A second meeting with the Manager of the department to validate your practical job-related skills ( 60 mins)
- For the very final round, you will meet the CEO in Reveal (formerly Sharework)
- You will be asked to provide us with professional references including contact details.
